Original Author: | Dunno. Iīve seen several elements of Mad Monks CTF-NoRedemption in various Q3A-maps. His map is so full of eyecandy that it really rocks to look at, but 15 fps on a P3 500, 192 megs, V3 is really a bit too poor. So i took his, idīs and my own ideas to make a polygon-optimized map with quackish elements. |

Description: | A fastpaced but NOT deatchmatch-like CTF map in style of Q3A Third Wave CTF maps. Very straight. No chance to hide with the flag and you wonīt get the nmi-flag without good teamwork. (Except your nmis really suck!) ;-). |

Cooperative: | When ppl on the server donīt suck or dream, you have a cooperation with half of the ppl there. Is that enuff?! |
Deathmatch: | Dont dare to try this!! Stupid DM on such a 1337 CTF-map, doh!!!. |
Darkmatch: | No. I finished it at daytime with sunlight on the screen. 12 hours before it was a perfect darkmatch map! ;-) |

Installation: | Unzip the CTF-BollWerK103.unr (map) into the \Map folder under the Unreal Tournament folder. Unzip the CTF-NoRedemption.utx (texture) into the \Texture folder under the Unreal Tournament folder. This file belongs to the \help folder. |

{WM}HaPPyHiPPie: | Man, this map rocks. It combines the best of both worlds: The cool gameplay of UT and the great floorplan thatīs typical for Q3A-maps. Btw, spammers have no chance in this map. It is quite open and there is not much ammo for spamtools such as flak or ripper. Red_Dwarf did really a monsterjob with the bots. As long as Idid the pathnoding they werenīt interested in fighting, roaming around, getting a flag or defending their own. All they did was to take a bath in hot lava from time to time. Dohhh, time to change the server - teammates who play such a crap with a zero ping ... Iīd beat them all if I had a zero ping!! ya! ;-) |

HH asked me to look at this map and give my opinion, which I did thumbs up ;-) I thought that HH would like me to get the bots working really well, so I went ahead and repathed them. I haven´t spent as much time testing them as I am working on my own project but hopefully ppl will have reported any problems in the 3 day trial that he gave. |

I added area descriptions to the map so you would have some idea where your team members were. The zone barriers were already set up, which makes me believe this was simply something that slipped {WM}HaPPyHiPPie's mind. He was probably too blown away by the incredible map he made. (And no, I'm not kissing ass here. Play it for yourself and see.) |
