Unzip the DM-BDC-Huge-Arena]['s *.unr file in your Unreal Tournament/Maps directory, then either doubleclick on it, or type 'open DM-BDC-Huge-Arena][ ' in the console or select the Map in a Botmatch or an Internet game.

Extended Description
when using the jumpads remember to turn toward the center of the arena right when you hit the jump pad.
